KaneAI is LambdaTest's AI testing product, previously branded as TestMu AI. It lets you describe test steps in natural language and generates Selenium or Playwright scripts that run on LambdaTest's browser/device cloud.

Its strength is test generation and cross-browser execution. If you already pay for LambdaTest and your bottleneck is writing Selenium scripts, KaneAI saves time. It exports real Playwright/Selenium code you can check into your repo.

It does not do API testing, code review, or produce evidence beyond screenshots and video. It requires a LambdaTest subscription — there is no free tier for KaneAI alone.

TimetoTest

TimetoTest is a QA agent that covers three surfaces: browser journeys, API behavior, and pull request code review. Define what you want checked, and the agent runs it.

Run results can include screenshots, DOM snapshots, console logs, network traces, and structured analysis. This is designed for engineering teams where the bottleneck is triage.

TimetoTest does not include a browser grid. Tests run on managed infrastructure. There is no Selenium export — the agent handles execution end-to-end. Free tier available, CLI access included.
